Every year one phone breaks the price-to-performance rules, and this year’s contender does it with unusual confidence. After two weeks as our daily driver, the conclusion is simple: most people should not pay flagship prices anymore.
The display is the first surprise — a 120Hz OLED panel that stays readable in direct sunlight and handles HDR video beautifully. The second surprise is the camera, which produces natural skin tones and reliable night shots without aggressive over-processing.
Battery life is excellent. We consistently ended heavy days with twenty percent to spare, and the bundled 67-watt charger refills the tank in under forty minutes.
Compromises exist: the speakers are average, and wireless charging is missing. But with five years of promised software updates, this is the easiest recommendation we have made all year.
